ROXY’S Event Management provides strategic event experiences, including but not limited to event design, experience consultation, and emotional environment design services.

All services are delivered based on agreed scope and project requirements discussed prior to engagement.

3. Bookings & Payments

All bookings for services require confirmation through written agreement or approved communication.

For paid services:

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking

  • Full payment terms will be shared before project commencement

  • Services will only begin once payment conditions are met

4. Cancellations

Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Depending on the stage of the project:

  • Deposits may be non-refundable

  • Work already completed may be charged proportionally

  • Third-party costs (if any) are non-refundable

5. Intellectual Property

All concepts, strategies, and materials created by ROXY’S Event Management remain the intellectual property of the business unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any materials without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

ROXY’S Event Management is not responsible for:

  • Third-party vendor performance

  • External disruptions during events

  • Factors beyond reasonable control

We commit to delivering services with professionalism and care, but outcomes may vary depending on execution conditions.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information

  • Make decisions within agreed timelines

  • Ensure necessary approvals and access for execution

Delays in client response may impact project timelines.

This website may include links to external platforms (such as calendar booking tools). We are not responsible for the content or functionality of third-party services.
